Hostel recipe for Bachelors:
potato kills potato


Well in every humans once they are bachelor and hosteller and we had facing a most common problem that is food taste in hostel‘s missing  most of in every hostel is currently running without serving a good food taste.
They are all doing the same food as they did it before without put any taste like we use in our home?
And the best part is that the student’s who really need a portion of good food for their routine they are all just having tasteless food for energy without any complaints coz of little pressure of study and time efficiency  (I can say that surely because I was a hosteller too).

So what  we can do now, Let’s talk on herein  this page I will tell you the most relevant and easy method to cook there for making good food which gives you delight full taste in your tasteless food.
Gravy’s :- There are lots of gravy’s available right now but here we are discus most basic gravy techniques which will not consume your more time for cooking and gives you delightfull taste and your mouth is watering.

NOTE:- This recipe is for bachelors but even suite for all others.
Before starting the gravy recipe we need .
1.    Onions
2.    Tomato’s
3.    Ginger
4.    Garlic

5.    Green chili
6.    Cumin seeds
7.    Cinnamon
8.    Green cardamom
9.    Black cardamom
10.  Bay leaf
11.  Vegetable oil/Olive oil/Mustered oil/Coconut oil/Ghee
12.  A medium-size pane
13.  Salt
14.  Asafoetida
15.  clove
For two-person we can use -
·         2 chopped onion
·         2 chopped tomatoes
·         1tablespoon ginger garlic paste
·         2 green chili
·         2tablespoon cooking oil
·         1 piece bay leaf
·         2 green cardamom
·         1black cardamom (is optional)
·         Salt according to your need
·         small size of cinnamon
·         1pinch asafetida or heeng (is optional).

For three-person –

·         2 big size chopped onion
·         2 chopped tomatoes
·         1tablespoon ginger garlic paste
·         2 green chili
·         2tablespoon cooking oil
·         1 piece bay leaf
·         2 green cardamom
·         1black cardamom (is optional)
·         small size of cinnamon
·         1pinch asafetida or heeng (is optional)
·         Salt according to your need

Here everything is ready now but the common question Is that all of is ready but how to apply  these things  .
Here step by step I will tell you to apply and made good food for your self once you have read all these instruction and follow my lead, I promise you will never forget that recipe for gravy in your entire life...
Let's start-

Very first we will need a stove, gas, induction etc.

Step 1. We use pane and light the stove.

Step 2.we need a cooking oil according to our need otherwise, we can use two tablespoon oil on the pane.

Step 3.We heat up oil  then we use green cardamom, small size-cinnamon,1 or 2 cloves and black cardamom.

Step 4.Then after use 1 teaspoon cumin seed.

Step 5.Then we will use chopped onion.

Step 6. In medium flame and wait till the onion goes translucent.

Step 7.After onion got brownish.

Step 8. We use our 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and mix up well for 1 mint.

Step 9.then we use chopped tomato’s and mixing up till the oil goes out.

Step 10. In between, we check and sauté all our gravy ingredients for 15 mints.

Step 11.after 15 mint we can use water according to our need, I use 2 cups of water in gravy coz I like little thick gravy and mix vegetables In it whatever you have.

Final step we can use fresh chopped coriander leaves and severs a hot delightful food for someone or your self.
